Bio

Sarah Paul, MSW, LCSW, OSW-C, is CancerCare's Director of Clinical Programs. After receiving her Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2014, she started as an oncology social worker at CancerCare. Over the last nine years, Sarah has specialized in working with children, teens, and young adults, providing individual and group counseling to people affected by cancer. With extensive experience in supporting those who are bereaved, she also focuses on grief and loss. Day-to-day, Sarah oversees the Social Work Department's administrative, programmatic, and clinical aspects. In 2020, Sarah received the Aquamarine Leadership Award from NASW-NYC Chapter. That same year, Sarah spearheaded the development of Cancer Out Loud: The CancerCare Podcast, currently in its seventh season.
